"I don't know that I've ever been this healthy."
This member's health journey is one that many of us can relate to: you feel like you're doing all the right things, you're exercising and you're keeping busy, but nothing seems to change.
For Susan, The Good Stuff™ started as a way to maintain her intermittent fasting protocol - but she soon discovered the benefits for her focus and cognitive function were almost as indispensable for her busy lifestyle.
How did you discover For Wellness? What made you want to try the products?
I retired in 2021. I was a water aerobics instructor and I was golfing almost every day. I went to the doctor and said “I can't believe I'm not taking off any weight”. He looked at me and he said "You've got to count what you put into your body. You can exercise until the cows come home, but if you're not counting what's going in, nothing will change".
I thought, “I have got to get serious about this” because I was just creeping up in the scale. I noticed The Good Stuff™ and I was reading how it’s supposed to support your metabolism and how the MCT helps keep you from getting hungry and I thought, “I'm gonna try this stuff.”
What changes have you noticed since you started using The Good Stuff?
I just feel good. I said to somebody a couple weeks ago, “I don't know that I've ever been this healthy, you know?” And it's the exercise and all that, but I really believe that it's this additive as well. I decided I was going to do intermittent fasting as well as counting calories, and the MCT in The Good Stuff really does help you not to be hungry.
I do have arthritis in my hands and I don't have that pain anymore. I also liked how it made me feel more alert. I really felt like I was more on my game. That was important to me because I'm retired and I thought, “I can't can't let the brain go as well as the body.” I really liked it and I was telling the women in my aquatics class about it. I'm a believer. I really am a believer in this.
How does The Good Stuff fit into your daily routine?
It's the first thing in the morning, I do it with my coffee. This helped me tremendously because one day, when I was used to putting creamer in my coffee, I was looking at the label thinking “There's a ton of chemicals in that stuff.” I don't really don't think I shouldn't be drinking that. Then I looked at the calories and went “Holy cow!” I don't need that.

What are you most proud of in your wellness journey?
I would say the 53-pound weight loss. I'm kind of looking to get down to high school weight. When I started this journey and shared my goal, somebody said to me, "Wow," and I responded, "Yeah... that's 50 years ago, but I'm going to knock 50 pounds."
I want to be in my 80s still up there hitting the white ball. I just want to get healthy.
What advice do you have for anyone looking to achieve their health goals?
Do the research. Don't do the chemical stuff. Stay with products that are multi-use like The Good Stuff.
