How to Make Healthy Pancakes with The Good Stuff™

The Good Stuff - Performance

  • One scoop will infuse your coffee with healthy ingredients
  • Ditch the bad stuff like sugar, dairy, and artificial creamers

What you’ll need:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 2-4 scoops of The Good Stuff (we recommend no more than 2 scoops of The Good Stuff™ per person)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup milk of your choice (optional)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • Toppings of your choice

Method:

  1. Mix all of the ingredients (except your toppings) in a blender until smooth.
  2. Heat up your frying pan on medium heat with a small amount of butter or coconut oil.
  3. Fry a spoonful of batter until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Stack and serve!

TIP: if you prefer thicker pancakes, add little-to-no milk to your mix.
