Add all dry ingredients into a glass or mug and stir together until all mixed. Heat and and froth your choice of dairy free milk. Pour a dash of the milk into the mug with the dry ingredients and stir until a runny paste. Add in the maple syrup and then add the remaining milk. Need caffeine? Finish with pouring in your shot of Espresso.
