Recipe: Spiced Turmeric Latte

Full of Antioxidants, Flavor and Anti-inflammatory benefits this recipe is a great change up if you need a recovery boost. Optionally with, or without caffeine. 

  • 1 TSP GROUND TURMERIC
  • 1 TSP CINNAMON
  • 8 FL OZ COCONUT OR OAT MILK
  • 1 SCOOP OF THE GOOD STUFF
  • 1 TBSP MAPLE SYRUP 
  • OPTIONALLY 1 SHOT ESPRESSO

Add all dry ingredients into a glass or mug and stir together until all mixed. Heat and and froth your choice of dairy free milk. Pour a dash of the milk into the mug with the dry ingredients and stir until a runny paste. Add in the maple syrup and then add the remaining milk. Need caffeine? Finish with pouring in your shot of Espresso.
