Recipe: Apple and Cinnamon Bircher Muesli

Who doesn't love a good bircher muesli? A refreshing start to your morning, it can bring a hint of summer to breakfast, or a tasty twist to an afternoon snack. The best part is you can prepare multiple in advance so you have numerous stocked in the fridge. This Apple & Cinnamon Bircher packs a punch with its fresh and fruity flavor and aromatic cinnamon spice.

  • ⅓ CUP OATMEAL
  • ¼ CUP GRATED APPLE
  • 1 TBSP CHIA
  • 1 TBSP SHREDDED COCONUT
  • 1 TBSP SLIVERED ALMONDS
  • 1 TBSP DRIED CRANBERRIES
  • 1 SERVE OF THE GOOD STUFF
  • 1 TSP CINNAMON
  • 1 TBSP MAPLE SYRUP
  • ¾ CUP ALMOND MILK (YOU MAY NEED TO ADD A LITTLE MORE AFTER YOU STIR TOGETHER)

Place all ingredients into a glass or bowl, pour over the almond milk and mix together gently. Top with thinly sliced Apple, Walnuts, and Raspberries and allow to sit in the fridge for at least 4hrs or ideally overnight. Enjoy!
