Our performance blend is a proprietary powder blend of MCT oil powder, ceylon cinnamon, collagen, L-theanine, and Himalayan pink salt. How Much of The Good Stuff Should I Use?
The recommended amount of Good Stuff is one scoop per 8oz of coffee. The synergistic blend of ingredients is designed to work with the caffeine in coffee to create an alert but calming effect.
The Good Stuff can be added to any liquid as the ingredients have tremendous benefits, but we recommend no more than two scoops of The Good Stuff over a four-hour period unless you are dealing with anxiety, as the L-theanine does provide a strong calming effect.
Will The Good Stuff Break My Fast?
While there is no 'official' definition of what breaks a fast, by definition fasting means refraining from eating food. To that end, most experts recommend keeping your carbohydrate intake below 50 grams during your fast.
Luckily, 1 scoop of The Good Stuff per 8 oz of liquid is under that threshold, meaning it should not break your fast. Be sure to avoid adding milk or sugar to your beverage if you are trying to maintain intermittent fasting.
