Your Questions About The Good Stuff, Answered
What is The Good Stuff?

The Good Stuff was developed by high-performance coach Dave Phillips, as a way to boost the benefits of coffee and help Phil’s performance both on and off the course. Our performance blend is a proprietary powder blend of MCT oil powder, ceylon cinnamon, collagen, L-theanine, and Himalayan pink salt. A panel of information is on every packet and tub of The Good Stuff.

How Much of The Good Stuff Should I Use?

The recommended amount of Good Stuff is one scoop per 8oz of coffee. The synergistic blend of ingredients is designed to work with the caffeine in coffee to create an alert but calming effect.

The Good Stuff can be added to any liquid as the ingredients have tremendous benefits, but we recommend no more than two scoops of The Good Stuff over a four-hour period as the L-theanine does provide a strong calming effect.

Will The Good Stuff Break My Fast?

While there is no 'official' definition of what breaks a fast, by definition fasting means refraining from eating food. To that end, most experts recommend keeping your carbohydrate intake below 50 grams during your fast.

Luckily, 1 scoop of The Good Stuff per 8 oz of liquid is under that threshold, meaning it should not break your fast. Be sure to avoid adding milk or sugar to your beverage if you are trying to maintain intermittent fasting.

Phil uses The Good Stuff to maintain his intermittent fasting protocol while giving his body enough fuel to stay active.

What’s in The Good Stuff?

The Good Stuff Performance blend uses the following all natural ingredients:
  • MCT Oil Powder: 2 grams
  • Collagen: 2 grams
  • L-Theanine: 200 mg
  • Organic Ceylon Cinnamon
  • Himalayan Pink Salt

What Are the Benefits of The Good Stuff?
The benefits of each ingredient in our The Good Stuff performance blend are as follows:

C-8 MCT Powder reduces stored body fat by increasing your metabolic function. It also helps improve your mood by providing you with more energy and balancing your hormone levels.

Collagen is one of the main building blocks for your bones, skin, hair and muscles. It can improve joint mobility and reduce inflammation while protecting your gut, skin and hair.

In addition to reducing the natural acidity in coffee, Himalayan Pink Salt can help your body stay hydrated by maintaining a proper balance of fluid.

L-Theanine, derived from green tea extract, is able to reduce stress by boosting calming brain chemicals and delivering nerve impulses that help your brain stay focused.

Cinnamon is another anti-inflammatory that helps boost your brain function while acting as a powerful antimicrobial, improving your immune system.

How Can I Use The Good Stuff for Cold Brew Coffee?

We recommend mixing The Good Stuff with a little bit of hot water first to help it dissolve. Once The Good Stuff has dissolved, you can add ice and your cold brew coffee!
