  • 1 C WATER
  • 1 FROZEN BANANA
  • 1 C FROZEN SPINACH 
  • 1 SCOOP VANILLA PLANT PROTEIN
  • 1 SCOOP THE GOOD STUFF
  • 1 TBSP CHIA SEEDS 
  • 1 TBSP FLAX MEAL
  • ½ ICE CUBES
