Had enough of your berries for a day? Switch it up with this delicious and nutrient packed smoothie.
- 1 C WATER
- 1 FROZEN BANANA
- 1 C FROZEN SPINACH
- 1 SCOOP VANILLA PLANT PROTEIN
- 1 SCOOP THE GOOD STUFF
- 1 TBSP CHIA SEEDS
- 1 TBSP FLAX MEAL
- ½ C ICE CUBES
Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth or the consistency that you like. If you need more water, add until you are able to blend smoothly.
