Ingredients

  • 1 cup of coffee ice cubes (cold brew coffee will work)
  • 1 tablespoon almond or peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup of oats or protein powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop of The Good Stuff
  • Favorite nut or dairy milk; Phil likes ½ a cup of oat milk (Califia Farms unsweetened vanilla is our cofounder's go-to)

Blend well.
