Recipe: Overnight Oats

Recipe: Overnight Oats

Mornings can be a rush and having time to make breakfast is not always possible. But as they say, prior planning prevents poor performance… and in this case prior planning prevents you from missing out on breakfast! This little overnight oats recipe is so easy, so delicious, and will take zero prep time in the morning when you are on your way to work. The best part, it even has The Good Stuff in it. Just pull it out of the fridge and you’re ready to go!

  • ½ CUP OF ROLLED OATS
  • 1 TBSP OF CHIA SEEDS
  • 1 TBSP OF CRUSHED HEMP SEEDS
  • 1 TBSP OF DRY SHREDDED COCONUT
  • 1 TBSP SLIVERED ALMONDS
  • ½ CUP OF BLUEBERRIES
  • 1 TBSP NATURAL MAPLE SYRUP OR ONE TSP STEVIA
  • 1 SCOOP OF THE GOOD STUFF
  • ¾ CUP OF OAT MILK

Add your oats and the remainder of your dry ingredients to a container, bowl or glass. Stir the ingredients until they are all combined. Add in your milk, maple syrup and fruit and give it a stir again. If you need to add more milk or water, top it up until you get the fluid level about ¼ of an inch above the oats.

Let sit for an hour or overnight for best results. If you make a few batches in advance, you’ll have breakfast ready for the week!

Top with your favorite fruits like raspberries and strawberries.
