Recipe: Berry Good Smoothie

A “berry” good smoothie that packs a punch with its creamy texture and fruity flavours. Loaded with antioxidants and fibre from the blueberries and banana and full of prebiotics to keep your gut healthy and happy. Start your morning with this, and you’ll be having a BERRY good day. 

  • ½ CUP FROZEN BLUEBERRIES
  • ½ LARGE FROZEN BANANA
  • 1 TBSP CHIA SEEDS
  • 1 TBSP FLAX MEAL 
  • 1 TBSP CRUSHED HEMP SEEDS
  • 1 SCOOP OF THE GOOD STUFF 
  • 1 SCOOP VANILLA PLANT PROTEIN
  • 8 OZ OF WATER OR COCONUT WATER
  • ICE

Add water and ice to your blender, and then add the remaining ingredients. Blend until a smooth consistency. 45 - 60 seconds roughly. You may need to give it a shake, and then blend again for another 30 seconds. Pour in your favourite glass, and enjoy!
