Red, White, and Blueberry Smoothie Recipe 🇺🇸

Celebrating Labor Day the healthy way? Try this USA-themed red, white, and blueberry smoothie as a fun treat!

This recipe makes 1-2 smoothies.

Ingredients

For the Blueberry Layer:
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • Handful of frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup plain or blueberry yogurt
For the White Layer:
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • Half a frozen banana (optional)
For the Red Layer:
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 3 scoops of The Good Stuffâ„¢ Performance
  • 1/4 cup strawberry or vanilla yogurt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Blueberry Layer:
    • In a blender, combine the blue layer ingredients and blend until smooth.
    • Pour the mixture evenly into 2 mason jars or glasses (or just the one if you're not in the mood for sharing) and place in the freezer for about 20 minutes to firm up.
  2. Prepare the White Layer:
    • Rinse the blender, then add the white layer ingredients and blend until smooth.
    • After the blue layer has firmed up, pour the white mixture on top of the blue layer in the mason jars and return them to the freezer.
  3. Prepare the Red Layer:
    • Rinse the blender again, then blend the red layer ingredients until smooth.
    • Once the white layer has set, pour the red mixture on top of the red layer in the mason jars.
  4. Serve:
    • Top with blue spirulina powder or blue sea moss gel for extra blue!
    • Add a fresh strawberry or a mini American flag for a bit of fun.
